Each plan includes unlimited customers, digital stamp cards, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support, and access to the Stamper App. Higher-tier plans add more card designs, more locations, additional sub-users, and advanced features like customisations, unique enrolment links, and data export.

2. How do I choose the right plan for my business?

Choose your plan based on how many loyalty card designs you need, how many store locations you operate, and how many staff members require access to the Stamper app.

3. Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can create an account and set up your loyalty card project without entering payment details. A credit card is only required when you move a draft project into an active, live project to start issuing loyalty passes.

4. Are discounts available for annual plans?

Yes. Annual plans offer discounted pricing compared to monthly billing, making them the best-value option if you plan to use Loopy Loyalty long term.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can adjust your plan as your business grows or changes.

6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Do you offer refunds?

No. Loopy Loyalty does not offer refunds for subscriptions or renewal charges. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, and your account will stay active until the end of your paid period.

8. What happens to my loyalty cards if I cancel?

When you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated loyalty cards are scheduled for deletion after your billing period ends. Customers will no longer receive updates, stamps, or notifications. If you want to keep your active cards running, you must maintain an active subscription.
